Job summary

The position offers flexible scheduling, no minimum caseload, and continued clinical guidance from leadership. You may currently hold GA licensure or be willing to obtain it, with ongoing CEU access and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• GA BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
