Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to clients in Georgia with a fully remote model now, possibly hybrid later. You’ll conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress.

This role offers flexible scheduling across cases, no minimum caseload, and ongoing professional development, with licensure support and pathways for growth within a clinician-focused network.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia BCBA licensure or willing to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
