Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support progress.

This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseload, and an LBA Expansion Program with licensure support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities; clinical documentation and collaboration with caregivers.
• Excellent organizational skills to supervise technicians and manage plans.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to meet goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
