Qualifications

• Eligibility to provide ABA services in Illinois.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and reassessments as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Provide remote supervision to RBTs.
• Review client progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions.
• Conduct virtual parent and caregiver training sessions.
• Collaborate with families, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure BACB compliance.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and clinical consultations.
