Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote, flexible, and mission-driven team serving families across Georgia. This role emphasizes autonomy, ongoing supervision, and meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

You'll conduct FBA and formulate ABA programs, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with SLP/OT/educators while aligning with BACB and Georgia requirements. Remote work with a Georgia-residency constraint offers great work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required or preferred.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing required.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
• Strong ABA knowledge and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and modify interventions as needed.
• Train families, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with SLP, OT, and educators.
• Complete documentation per BACB and state requirements.
