Job summary

A leading autism service organization in North Carolina is hiring BCBAs to join their mission-driven team. The role offers a competitive salary of $90,000-$115,000+, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive health coverage. BCBAs will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with families to provide high-quality ABA services. Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
• Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Previous ABA experience.
• Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
• Provide support to families in managing challenging behaviors.
