Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across Georgia. The role allows flexible scheduling and may transition to hybrid as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress for children and families. This fully remote position offers ongoing clinical support and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia BCBA licensure (or actively pursuing)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
