Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

You will work fully remotely with flexible scheduling and no minimum caseload requirements, allowing you to align work with your life. Strong clinical and communication skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and state licensure where required.
• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
