Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This fully remote role may shift to hybrid as regulations evolve, with advanced notice.

Qualifications

Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willing to obtain).
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
