Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families. The position is currently fully remote with potential future hybrid work and advance notice for transitions.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to promote clinical progress while ensuring ethical practice and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia BCBA licensure or willing to obtain it.
• Masters degree in relevant field required or preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
