Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as an independent contractor in a hybrid/remote capacity serving Winchester and Woodstock, Virginia. Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required to practice as a Behavior Analyst.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst credential is required.
• Experience leading or supervising others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioural observations.
• Identify target behaviours and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Develop and implement Individualised Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers.
• Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
• Provide supervision and leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory/licensing requirements.
• Maintain required clearances (Child Abuse, FBI) and credentials.
