The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst serves as an Independent Contractor (1099) providing high-quality behavioral health services to clients ages 2–21 and their families in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable state regulations. This role performs a variety of direct care and supervisory duties, including conducting client assessments, observing clients to identify target behaviors, and developing measurable treatment goals. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst collaborates with clients, families, and other service providers to develop and implement an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) that highlights child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths, as well as opportunities for improvement through continued development and review of preference assessments, reinforcement strategies, and other rehabilitative activities prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist and aligned with the ITP.
As an independent contractor, the Behavior Analyst maintains control over their work schedule and service delivery methods while adhering to organizational policies related to quality, compliance, documentation, and consumer care. The Behavior Analyst is expected to maintain active BCBA certification, professional liability insurance, required clearances, and all credentials necessary to provide behavioral health services. Services may be provided through telehealth or other approved service delivery methods based on client needs and program requirements.
Flexible schedule, predominantly daytime and after school hours. Weekends are not required.
