Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Remote Fieldwork Supervisor (BCBA) to mentor practicum students and supervise Case Supervisors remotely, with travel to Arizona. The role emphasizes coaching, real-time clinical feedback, and leadership to uphold high standards of care.

Ideal candidates have a master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA credential, and 2+ years of BCBA experience, with a focus on early intervention and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• ABA early intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor up to 4 Case Supervisors as they grow their clinical and decision‑making skills, with a focus on BCBA exam preparation and role readiness.
• Provide weekly hours of billable supervision focused Case Supervisor coaching and development for the clients on their caseload.
• Hold a small caseload of clients, as needed, depending on the Case Supervisor staffing at the center.
• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center‑based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (we provide training, ESDM experience not required).
• Assist the Clinical Trainer in organizing and hosting quarterly, center-level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs.
• Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting your role.
