SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a BCBA-qualified clinician to lead ABA programming across remote and community-based settings, serving children and adults with ASD, IDD, and mental health needs. The role emphasizes non-aversive strategies and positive programming to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral intervention and/or strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing for extended periods, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Conducts ongoing assessments to meet patients' needs.
• Communicates with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals about progress.
• Provides a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to supervisors.
• Coordinates home, work, and community-based visits for observations, chart reviews, staff interviews, and data analysis.
• Ensures effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Participates in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other required meetings.
• Completes monthly and quarterly progress notes.
• Organizes training to certify staff in BIP implementation and documentation.
