Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role may transition to hybrid later with advance notice. You will assess, plan, supervise technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive clinical progress.

The position offers remote work with competitive hourly compensation up to $93, negotiable by experience, and no caseload caps. Licensing support and clinician-focused growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
