Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. This fully remote role may shift to hybrid in the future with advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress. GA licensure or eligibility is required, with a master’s in a related field.

Qualifications

• GA licensure is required or must be obtained.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA services for autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and provide clinical guidance.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
