Job summary

Empower Minds ABA LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical services, supervise staff, and develop treatment programming aligned with BACB ethics and payer requirements.

The role supports assessments, data review, and program updates while collaborating with leadership to build strong clinical systems within a growing ABA practice. Remote and hybrid options may apply for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires BCBA certification and clinical licensure as applicable.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians or clinical staff.
• Strong documentation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical department by supervising staff and ensuring fidelity to treatment plans.
• Develop individualized treatment programs based on assessments and data.
• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to ensure quality service delivery.
• Provide caregiver training and support within clinical scope.
• Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and clinical meetings.
