Job summary

Propel Autism, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Georgia to lead clinical care for a small caseload. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates while ensuring high-quality outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Applicable license to practice in Georgia.
• 1+ years of experience as a BCBA.
• Strong leadership and written/spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 BCBA clients.
• Supervise and support RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates.
• Review session notes and data to monitor progress and fidelity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes; empower parents through training.
• Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours.
