Job summary

ABA Pathways, LLC in Michigan seeks a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered ABA services, collaborating with families, educators, and professionals to promote independence and inclusion.

The clinician will conduct FBAs, develop intervention plans, and coach families, while maintaining rigorous clinical standards and ongoing program development in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, sociology, education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Must reside in and be licensed to practice in Michigan.
  • Minimum of two years ABA experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership with mentoring and supporting clinical team members.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high clinical standards.
  • Proficiency with technology and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule with assigned clients.
  • Provide direct clinical services as needed.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and support to families and clinical team members.
  • Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure programs meet ABA Pathways' standards.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary professionals to support client outcomes.
  • Assist in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Foster positive relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field
