Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Houston, TX is seeking an At-Home BCBA Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and ensure high-quality ABA services across our remote program.

You will oversee patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families while advancing clinical excellence through our leadership tracks and in-house CEU offerings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Experience in ABA therapy and assessments.
• Ability to mentor RBTs and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
