Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a BCBA Clinical Director in Corpus Christi, TX to lead the clinical team delivering ABA therapy. You will supervise assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure regulatory compliance to maintain high standards of care.

Lead supervision of RBTs and trainees, drive mentorship, and participate in ongoing clinical governance and program development within the center.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience leading ABA therapy teams.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
