Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time remote role delivering and overseeing ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide remote consultations to families, and ensure documentation and ethical compliance. Travel to client sites will occur about 20–30% of the time; state licensure may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure as applicable.
• At least 2 years of ABA therapy experience with individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and supervise ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Train and oversee RBTs and support staff.
• Travel to client sites about 20–30% of the time.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in reviews.
