Qualifications

• Experience leading BC implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Strong ability to gather and document user requirements.
• Proven track record managing client relationships during ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end implementations of Business Central and the metals-industry vertical solution.
• Handling installation, configuration, upgrades, training, support and documentation.
• Gathering and documenting user requirements and functional specs with the technical team.
• Managing data conversions and migrations from third-party systems.
• Owning client relationships and expectations throughout each engagement.
• Providing post-go-live support, both remote and onsite.
