Job summary

Beshenich Muir & Associates, LLC (BMA) is seeking a Basing Programmer for a fully remote role supporting ANG basing initiatives, MILCON, and NEPA programs. You will lead Bed Down actions, conduct site analyses, and develop costed basing concepts for ANG installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• 10–15+ years of facility planning, programming, and project management experience.
• DoD facility programming or project management experience is required.
• Experience supporting Air Force or ANG Civil Engineering programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead basing Bed Down actions in support of ANG MILCON, FSRM, and NEPA programs.
• Develop SOPs for basing and Bed Down Site Surveys to analyze concepts and prioritize reuse of existing facilities.
• Prepare professional documentation, trip reports, SATAF reports, and briefings.
• Manage complex projects and mentor junior staff while aligning with company strategy.
