Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Applies expertise to the development and interpretation of policies and procedures regarding strategic basing, encroachment, and ranges and airspace issues.
• Senior operations and engineering expert for AF Strategic Basing Process. Coordinates with the USAF, inter-agency and intra-agency organizations on an on-going basis to facilitate basing decisions and to harmonize policy development.
