Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a skilled Building Automation Systems Programmer to support the programming and remote commissioning of Niagara-based Energy Management Systems for major national account customers across North America.

In this hybrid role, you'll work on fast-paced projects from initial programming through system commissioning, collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, Technicians, and customers to deliver high-performing building automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing and supporting HVAC and BAS or Energy Management Systems.
• 3+ years programming and commissioning Tridium Niagara-based BAS.
• 5+ years Niagara N4 platform development, integration, and configuration, or Niagara N4 certification.
• Ability to interpret control drawings and sequences of operation.
• Experience commissioning HVAC control systems in commercial/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure BAS applications using Tridium Niagara N4 and related platforms.
• Program systems from control drawings, sequences of operation, specifications, and field reports.
• Perform remote commissioning and startup support with on-site contractors and technicians.
• Troubleshoot programming, integration, and HVAC controls issues.
• Create commissioning, testing, and quality assurance documentation.
• Support Project Managers with project status updates and technical issue resolution.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical support for sales, installation, and service teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.
