Job summary

Park National Bank is seeking a motivated undergraduate student for a remote role that operates 100% remotely within Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Kentucky. The position involves supporting end-of-term performance reviews, process changes, risk assessment, and SOX-related testing.

You will work across lines of business, learning to align execution, understand customer feedback, and develop skills in AI prompt engineering and data analytics while contributing to daily banking

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Awareness of AI prompt engineering and/or data analytics and report building. Project experience and/or leading/managing projects (general experience acceptable). Mathematical and/or statistical experience or background highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participates in end of term performance reviews and provides detailed feedback on their experience, including suggestions for improvement.
• Understands product or process changes across lines of business and assists in risk assessment.
• Assists in testing controls and SOX-related processes to identify anomalies.
• Engages in cross-line programs to align execution.
• Learns the voice of the customer complaint program and evaluates execution quality.
