Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field in progress.
• Awareness of AI prompt engineering and/or data analytics and report building; project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in end of term performance reviews and provides detailed feedback.
• Involved in understanding changes across lines of business and assesses risk.
• Understand and participate in control and SOX testing to identify execution anomalies.
• Involved in cross-line programs to align execution.
• Understand customer complaint program and assess quality of execution.
• Learn Park brand, culture, and history.
• Develop understanding of department operations and performance standards.
• Contribute to projects and daily banking department tasks.
• Present project results to audiences as requested.
• Network with associates and leaders to build relationships.
• Complete required trainings and seek additional learning opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of compliance and risk management.
• Deliver a high level of service within Serving More standards.
