Wintrust in Illinois is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker to build lasting relationships with customers, assess financial needs, and tailor product recommendations. You will collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect clients with specialists and support account openings and maintenance.

Responsibilities include serving in‑lobby and drive‑up duties, recognizing fraud risks, and contributing to community and bank events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $21.00 - $28.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
