Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year banking/call center experience preferred; familiarity with online banking is a plus.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to external and internal clients.
• Protect customer accounts and information by maintaining privacy and accuracy; follow authentication procedures.
• Adhere to all applicable banking regulations.
• Identify and escalate calls involving concerns or suspicious activities.
• Recommend solutions for first-call resolution with management and partners.
• Address complaints promptly according to policies.
• Maintain customer files and process transactions.
• Adhere to call quality and service standards.
• Participate in call quality reviews and coaching; implement feedback.
• Inform customers about Apple Bank's products and services.
• Promote digital banking solutions to encourage self-service.
• Ensure proper logging and call classification during interactions.
• Assist with general inquiries, ATM/debit card help, online banking support, and vendor questions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
