Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in backend development using Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, Kafka, Flink, and Kubernetes.
• Skilled in transforming business problems into well-structured, tested, and maintainable code.
• Experience in navigating large codebases and conducting code reviews.
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback-seeking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
