Fingerprint is hiring a backend developer to build and optimize real-time data processing services. You’ll design scalable APIs, work with cross-functional teams, and help ensure robust performance and reliability.

You’ll mentor juniors, participate in on-call rotations, and tackle complex issues across distributed services. Strong Go or Node.js skills and SQL experience are essential. This is a fully remote role with global teams.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong experience in GoLang and/or Node.js
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend systems
• Experience with APIs, real-time data processing, and microservices
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases like DynamoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch
• Proficiency with Git, IDEs, shell scripting, and CI/CD
• Proficient in English for clear communication

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize backend systems for real-time data processing and web services
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate backend components with other services
• Conduct deep dives into problematic features and research root causes
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and testing of backend systems
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation
• Mentor junior developers
