• Proven leadership experience guiding mid-level initiatives

• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions
• Translate a napkin idea from GrowthEdge Corp founders into a Resilience low-drama prototype
• Hunt down the latency spikes nobody at GrowthEdge Corp can explain
• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the GrowthEdge Corp stack
• Resurrect flaky Flask tests until the Erie, PA suite is trustworthy again
• Tune Google Cloud caching so GrowthEdge Corp survives the Erie launch spike on the same hardware
• Ship GitLab CI fixes to GrowthEdge Corp customers in Erie, PA the same day they report them
• Own the quality-focused edge cases in GrowthEdge Corp's Self-Motivation billing nobody else wants to touch
