Job summary

Talantir is seeking a highly motivated Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain server-side applications powering our platforms. You will build robust microservices, implement RESTful APIs, and work across AWS/Azure with CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with frontend teams using React/Angular, optimize databases, write tests, and contribute to architecture diagrams. This remote, full-time role offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities to impact scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASP.NET (incl. ASP.NET Core) and WCF.
• Strong front-end knowledge: React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, AJAX.
• Database expertise with SQL Server (T-SQL), MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB; solid design principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and SOAP-based integrations.
• Knowledge of microservices using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes; cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services powering web apps and APIs.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate UI components.
• Optimize database design and queries for performance and integrity.
• Build scalable cloud-based architectures with CI/CD pipelines.
