Reliable Group Paragon is seeking Backend + AI Engineers to design and implement scalable backend services with production-ready code. You will integrate AI Agents and Agentic AI into applications, work with PostgreSQL/SQL, and collaborate with US-based stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, API design, testing, and CI/CD mastery in a remote/India-friendly setting. Remote option with Pune-based collaboration is available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI.
• Strong Python OR Node.js/TypeScript.
• REST API development experience.
• PostgreSQL/SQL proficiency.
• Software testing and automated testing.
• CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Build and integrate AI Agent / Agentic AI solutions.
• Work with PostgreSQL and SQL for backend applications.
• Write clean, scalable and production-ready code.
• Implement automated testing and follow CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize backend applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and US-based stakeholders.
