Hygiena LLC in Camarillo, CA is seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist. This full-time, exempt role is remote but preferably based in California.

You will drive hands-on B2B marketing across digital channels, marketing automation and analytics to optimize campaigns and move buyers toward sales-ready opportunities. You will not set strategy or budgets; you will execute plans, measure campaigns, and collaborate with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum of five (5) years of B2B marketing experience.
• Proficient with marketing automation, analytics and digital channels.
• Experience with CRM systems and landing pages.

Responsabilités

• Owns project plans and delivery records for integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manages tasks, ownership, dependencies and dates; raises risks before deadlines.
• Runs kickoffs, status checkpoints and retrospectives; records decisions.
• Executes campaigns across email, marketing automation, webinars, events, digital/print advertising and social media.
• Develops creative marketing tactics for campaigns and maps assets to customer journey stages.
• Plans and maintains LinkedIn and social content calendars aligned to launch dates.
• Builds global playbooks for regional teams to translate and localize.
• Delivers briefs to translate/launch; supports in-market execution.
• Produces reports from CRM and analytics; analyzes KPI performance and suggests optimizations.
• Maintains templates and workflow standards; ensures compliance with processes.
