Exit Factor is expanding in the west and southwest suburbs of Chicago and seeks proven business developers who can generate pipeline, build relationships, and close deals. You will introduce owners to exit planning and business value creation, operating with flexibility to design your schedule.

This is strategic relationship-building in an untapped market where success depends on drive and execution. You control your methods and earning potential in a 1099 contracting role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably professional services
• Internally driven: you don't need quotas or external management
• Relationship builder: networking energizes you
• Resilient: you handle rejection well and persist
• Entrepreneurial: you treat this like your own business

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and partnerships with CPAs, lenders, wealth advisors, and M&A professionals
• Close Business Assessments: target one per week (52+ annually)
• Build a referral ecosystem with 100+ Power Partner relationships
• Own your success: design your schedule, methods, and earning potential
