Job summary

We Are Rosie is seeking a Copywriter with a strong B2B background for a remote, full-time engagement (40 hrs/wk). The role focuses on high-volume, short-form content across three business units and requires translating briefs into audience-ready copy with minimal handholding.

You will write for blogs, emails, websites, and case studies, tailoring tone to each buyer and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional content writing experience, ideally with exposure to B2B tech, SaaS, hosting, or infrastructure.
• Ability to write clearly for a B2B buyer audience from briefs developed by product marketing or SEO teams.
• Experience working from briefs developed by product marketing or SEO teams, rather than independently setting strategy.
• Independent and proactive, with collaboration and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write short-form content across formats, including blog posts, nurture emails, website and landing page copy, and case studies (generally under 2,000 words, most shorter).
• Translate input from product marketing and SEO into clear, audience-appropriate copy without needing to develop strategy independently.
• Write for a range of B2B audiences across three business units, adapting tone and complexity for each buyer type.
• Proactively engage subject matter experts to ask clarifying questions and fill gaps.
• Take feedback and revise efficiently, reducing editorial burden on the copy director.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent assignments against tight quarter-end timelines.
