Open to all experience levels; no degree required. You will navigate Zendesk and Clipboard portal, resolve issues, and collaborate with Billing and Worker Operations to ensure customer success. This is 100% remote, globally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Workplace customers via voice and email.
• Deliver fast, accurate, empathetic support for shift, payment, and platform issues.
• Use Zendesk and Clipboard portal to investigate cases and document notes.
• Escalate only when necessary and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to resolve issues.
