Job summary

Libra Solutions seeks an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and operate delivery pipelines and the cloud platform behind our legal-tech products. You will own end-to-end Azure DevOps pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and operate the App Service, API Management, Data Factory, and App Insights.

Design multi-region resilience and work closely with security and engineering teams. Remotely capable with travel; reports to Director, TechOps and Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps, platform, or cloud engineering in Azure
• 3+ years building Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML) with multi-stage deployments
• IaC experience with Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform deployed through CI/CD
• Security/quality tooling integrated into CI/CD and deployment strategies
• Strong Git skills and PR workflows
• Experience operating Azure App Service and Azure API Management in production
• Knowledge of Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL
• Experience designing multi-region architecture and DR in Azure
• PowerShell/Python scripting; Azure CLI proficiency
• Security fundamentals for cloud infra; RBAC in Entra ID, Key Vault
• Experience in SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 compliance contexts
• Clear written communication; able to explain tradeoffs to engineers and stakeholders
• Proactive in troubleshooting and supporting production while building automation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Preferred: AZ-400/104/305, Azure SQL, GitHub Actions with Azure DevOps
• Containers: Docker, Azure Container Registry, AKS/Container Apps
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling and agentic CI/CD patterns
• Azure OpenAI or similar Azure AI services
• Azure networking concepts; hub-and-spoke, private endpoints
• Compliance automation tools like Vanta/Drata

Responsibilities

• Own Azure DevOps pipelines end-to-end from build to deployment
• Manage infrastructure-as-code with Bicep/ARM/Terraform in CI/CD
• Operate App Service and API Management in production
• Design multi-region resilience and DR strategies
• Integrate security and quality tooling into CI/CD (scanning, secrets)
• Collaborate with software, data, IT, security, and AI pods
• Report to Director, TechOps and Security; remote-friendly with travel
