Job summary

SherlockTalent is seeking an experienced Azure API Developer for a 100% remote long-term contract based in the United States. The role focuses on Azure API development and secure web APIs, requiring 8+ years of related experience with .NET and Angular.

The Senior Azure API Engineer gathers requirements, designs software solutions, and collaborates with business and IT teams to optimize operations. Strong leadership and Agile experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in CS or related field required.
• 8+ years of directly related experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft .NET (ASP.NET MVC), C#, Angular.
• Experience with Azure Cloud architectures and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate into functional software solutions.
• Develop code changes to address deficiencies and test before deployment.
• Lead and collaborate with team members; provide reporting to senior management.
• Ensure documentation is created and maintained for the apps.
