Job summary

SitusAMC in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a seasoned Cloud Reliability Engineer to lead AWS-based deployments and SaaS reliability initiatives. You will optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC, and drive observability across complex microservices.

Join a collaborative team, work with DevOps, Platform, and Development partners, and help migrate on-prem workloads to scalable cloud architectures while maintaining high availability and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience; 1+ years in an Associate level or equivalent.
• 70% Ops and 30% Development focus in DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Support production apps in AWS and monitor health, latency, and performance.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices.
• Improve observability with dashboards, alerts, and traces across environments.
• Assist with migration of on-prem workloads to AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with Development, Platform, and Infrastructure teams in Agile delivery.
