You will design a flexible rules engine, extract data from Salesforce cases, and apply deterministic business rules on structured data and AI outputs. The role entails thorough audit logging and delivering decisions back to Salesforce.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in RESTful AWS backends, expert Python skills, and strong communication abilities to support multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 5+ years building RESTful and event-driven AWS backends.
• Expert Python with concurrent processing and auditable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop framework for a flexible business rules engine.
• Extract data from Salesforce cases for processing.
• Validate data and enforce rules against structured Salesforce data and AI outputs.
• Implement detailed logging for auditability and traceability of rule outcomes.
• Return business decisions and validation to Salesforce.
