Job summary

Trilon is seeking an AWS Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in Deltek Vantagepoint within an AWS-hosted environment. The role focuses on architecting, optimizing, and supporting the AWS infrastructure that underpins the Deltek Vantagepoint environment and related ERP systems.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of Deltek ERP experience, strong Windows Server skills, and responsibility for high availability, security, and integrations across ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing AWS services (EC2, RDS, VPC, Route53, IAM, CloudWatch, SNS).
• 1+ years of experience developing or supporting serverless AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions).
• 2+ years of direct Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision experience.
• Experience administering AWS infrastructure for Deltek ERP apps and databases.
• Windows Server in AWS enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage production SQL Server deployments on AWS RDS and EC2.
• Maintain AWS infra supporting Deltek Vantagepoint/Deltek Vision and SSRS.
• Maintain AWS platform integrations supporting Deltek Vantagepoint, HRIS, SQL automations, and workflows.
• Design and implement backup, point-in-time recovery, high availability, and multi-region DR.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks, optimize storage and DB performance, right-size AWS resources.
• Enforce enterprise security across AWS (IAM, segmentation, encryption, access controls, monitoring).
• Maintain technical documentation for AWS architecture, DB environments, integrations, security controls, SOPs.
