Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Cloud Engineer to build, operate, and automate AWS GovCloud infrastructure for a federal education program. You will collaborate with cloud, Salesforce, integration, and data teams to ensure secure, available, and compliant environments.

Remote work is offered with relocation constraints as needed. The role requires 5+ years in cloud engineering, hands-on AWS GovCloud experience, and familiarity with IAM, KMS, networking, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or operations.
• Hands-on AWS GovCloud experience.
• Hands-on AWS experience across compute, storage, networking, and identity.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and operate AWS GovCloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, VPCs).
• Build and support integrations between AWS and Salesforce (MuleSoft interfaces).
• Maintain AWS Glue pipelines and implement IAM/KMS security controls.
• Support STIG, ATO, and vulnerability remediation within timelines.
• Automate operational tasks using Python and CI/CD pipelines.
