Job summary

REW Technology Inc. is seeking a client-facing Project Manager to own delivery coordination for an AWS Customer Experience Engineering team delivering Amazon Connect solutions across European client engagements.

You will manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies while acting as the primary communications point for clients and engineering teams. This delivery-focused role emphasizes ownership, proactive issue handling, and clear stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing client-facing technology delivery engagements.
Ownership of scope, schedule, dependency, and risk management across concurrent workstreams.
Experience running sprint planning, backlog coordination, and delivery tracking for engineering teams.
Strong written and spoken English and interaction with client stakeholders.
Experience coordinating distributed teams across European and US time zones.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary client facing point of contact for delivery communication, status reporting, and expectation management.
Manage scope, schedule, dependencies, and risks for the engagement, keeping plans current and stakeholders informed of changes.
Coordinate day-to-day work of engineers, including sprint planning, work tracking, and delivery reporting.
Plan and run sprint ceremonies, delivery reviews, and planning sessions with the team and the client.
Identify risks and blockers early, escalate when needed, and drive resolution.
Coordinate across European delivery teams, partner teams, and US stakeholders to align priorities.
Support commercial hygiene, including effort tracking and forecast inputs.
