Amazon Web Services (AWS ProServe) seeks an experienced Delivery Practice Manager to lead a team of Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers, guiding enterprise customers through transformative projects and defining business outcomes.

The DPM will manage P&L, collaborate with sales, partners, and AWS teams, drive delivery on time and within budget, and translate technical concepts into business value while building executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years direct people management leading a team of consultants.
• Experience with customer relationship management, especially C-suite level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants.
• Collaborating with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions and provide input on new features.
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of innovative IT strategies for customers.
• Managing practice P&L, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of customer engagements.
• Driving business development initiatives and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
