Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an AWS Connect Administrator to manage Amazon Connect environments across production and non-production. The role focuses on configuring contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and security controls, while ensuring high availability and incident response readiness.

The candidate will collaborate with IT and business teams to implement integrations with ServiceNow, CRM platforms, and AWS services, and will drive operational dashboards and reporting for contact center metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Amazon Connect environments in production and non-production.
• Ability to design and optimize contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and security profiles.
• Onboarding, modification, and deprovisioning of users in Amazon Connect and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability and operational stability of the contact center environment.
• Support Service Desk and Contact Center teams during incidents.
• Troubleshoot call routing, telephony, IVR, and voice quality issues; participate in major incident response.
