Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Service Delivery Manager with deep AWS Infrastructure experience for a remote role. You will lead end-to-end AWS Managed Services delivery, ensure governance, and manage customer relationships with a focus on security and compliance across multi-account AWS environments.

Responsibilities include incident lifecycle management, cost optimisation, automation, and driving continuous service improvements while collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years in IT Infrastructure Services with at least 5 years leading AWS Cloud Operations and Managed Services engagements.
• Focus on programme governance, service delivery excellence and customer management.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end delivery of AWS Infrastructure Managed Services.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reporting, governance reviews and customer escalations.
• Lead Incident, Problem, Change and Major Incident Management processes.
• Oversee AWS Infrastructure Operations including EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Backup and Security services.
• Drive automation, cloud optimisation, FinOps and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer relationships, delivery teams, budgets, risks and contractual commitments.
• Ensure security compliance and audit readiness across AWS environments.
