Job summary

California Institute of Applied Technology (CIAT) is seeking an AWS Adjunct Instructor to teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Live classes run 6:00 pm–9:30 pm Pacific Time, with flexible scheduling for working professionals.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher, relevant AWS certifications, and teaching experience. CIAT emphasizes student success, collaboration with staff, and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Information Technology Instructors must provide official transcripts of bachelor’s degree or higher (accredited) and certification on the subject taught.
• AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialty, AWS Database or AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications are preferred.
• Synchronous online teaching experience is preferred.
